This is for Dotty's casino store #49 Lake -mead&Hollywood 7-22-19

I have been going to Dotty for awhile now & have never had any issues with any1 ,but on 7-22 as well as last Mon Raina or Raigna(don't know spelling) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also started to harrass& bait me into an argument.
Last Monday I came in with a soda & she immediately started to yell at me.
I have never been told I couldn't have it before by any of the employee, and she said 'I'm telling u now'.
She proceeded to make fun of me ), or maybe just trying to get other customers to laugh with her @ me.
Two other customers came in behind me & she started yelling at them as well.
The other two ppl were upset as well bc how she talks to ppl instead of calmly explaining or educating ppl.
The lady said she didn't know the policy either and Raigna yelled at her saying 'how many times have I told u, r u dumb'. There r ppl that walk and it is 110 outside, so ppl may have water or something. She always says I will replace the water but we have to ask numerous times and ppl r thristy, it isn't right. I think its some kind of power thing.
I have been a RN for 30yrs & have never been 86 or anything anywhere and I've been here 35 yrs.
She continued to bait ppl into arguments.
She even said 'who can I throw out today'. I know I'm not the only person bc customers were talking about it. Today I came in & I had a water & i opened it in front of Her she didn't say nothing just came over & threw it away. Then myself & another customer shut 1 blind bc we couldn't see the screen to gamble, there was a glare on the screen & this upset her. She said 'Larry the GM was so upset about this he was spitting in my face & no1 was allowed to shut 1 shade'. She probably should be more professional when telling ppl about the shade than to say about the gen manager spitting in her face, maybe the customers didn't need to hear all that. She also said 'there is 170 other Dottys u can go there if u want to gamble. I did leave with the lady next to me to gamble at PT's but we didn't do nothing to her but ask questions 2, #1) the water or drinks from outside #2) shutting the shade but I did notice she gets very angry or confrontational if u ask her any questions. Then I just dropped it and she came over 2x to my machine stating 'r u ok better now?' I asked her to stop baiting me and drop it. Then she said to other customers 'we were having a better day before she came in' but no1 agreed with her. Ppl were afraid to even talk to her. Then she said to me 'look all the ppl left bc of u'
There was a customer outside who said we r leaving bc of Raina.
We do have a right to ask questions. Also last wk she made fun of my ID saying 'thank God u look better in person'. I have disabilities & sometimes use a walker bc of seizure @ times. Last wk she said 'oh now u have a walker & laughed'. I decided to let it go last wk but after today & going hm in tears I decided something has to be said. Even 1 of the other employees told me to speak up.
Then she told me today that I couldn't have a 2nd cocktail bc it hasn't been 30 min, but some1 told me to write it down, so I did, and it was 40 min. I told her I had written it down & this is my entry timed, She now said 'no I changed my mind, u can't have 1'.
Then she threatened me with the police, I asked her why I'm just sitting here, but she wouldn't tell me why. Then she dangled a piece of paper in the air so every1 could see with a copy of my ID. She said 'i have the power to do this, thank u' . she wouldn't explain anything to me. If she or if Dotty is against ppl with disabilities I think u should just tell us & not make fun of.
If ppl have questions they should b allowed to ask.
I'm not the only person she tries to bait into a fight.
I even asked her to drop it & let me gamble. She kept coming to my machine.
We don't know either y she is always in the back rm or in bathroom alot. Is she doing drugs?.
I'm not saying she is but a few ppl were wondering & maybe that's y her behavior is odd.
Also, today this lady was standing there about 10min for smokes while Raigna was in backroom again, the lady said 'Hello' to get some1 to help her & bc the lady said this Raigna/Raina made her wait longer. Raina went to every customer to see if they wanted something, but no1 needed anything, then she helped the lady.
Even this waiting customer said to me 'is this bartender for real?'.
Raigna made her wait longer on purpose bc she said 'Hello' to get some help.
I have never been treated this way.
She has treated many customers this way.
No other employee there has that many issues as she has with customers but I'm sure u must b aware of this.
I think she wants to have some kind of power over ppl but she is very hurtful. This happened the day before my surgery. I love all the other employees here. Thank u
